Delivery Driver

Decker’s Nursery is looking for an experienced driver for local & regional deliveries. We are wholesale plant nursery that delivers mostly in the Ohio area, but there will be a few over night trips a year.  The driver must be energetic, willing to help, and have a flexible schedule.  Applicants must a have a clean driving record and be able to pass a drug screening test.  A horticulture background and Spanish language capability are helpful but job performance is the key.

NURSERY SALES MANAGER

Job Qualifications required:

1. College Education (4 or 2 year Degree) in Ornamental Horticulture or a closely related field.
2. Practical experience in horticultural production & sales.

Job Description:

1. Working with existing customers and developing new accounts to increase sales.
2. Visiting customers to improve customer service and product awareness.
3. Perform current sales program and helping to develop new strategies for the future.
4. Our sales professionals are required to have direct involvement with all aspects of nursery production.
5. Strong attention to detail is essential.
